Standard on the Liberty 2.5i Sports Premium is an innovation called LineartronicTM Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) – Subaru’s first longitudinally mounted CVT system for an AWD production vehicle. What makes it so special is that unlike conventional automatics – which use fixed gear ratios – the CVT gives you smooth acceleration with no discernible steps or shifts.

And like all Liberty models, the Liberty 2.5i Sports Premium has been awarded the maximum 5-star occupant safety rating by ANCAP2, which means you know you're in safe hands.
